The Leisure Cabins at the Village des Meuniers

Throughout the entire year we welcome you into our chalets (cabins) and gites (large cabins) which provide the comfort and tranquility that are necessary to regroup and revitalize oneself in a picturesque setting.

Whether spending a weekend as a group of friends or vacationing with your family, the Village des Meuniers invites you to discover an ensemble of 8 wooden cabins of 6 person capacity and 3 larger cabins for up to 8 people, all totally equipped.

Functional and pleasant, the cabins have a living/dining room, equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a showering room with a separate toilet room, and 2 / 3 rooms (depends modele). The outdoor terrace has patio furniture and looks out onto a splendid panorama of green valleys.

Larger cabins (gites) have a living room, dining room, equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and 3 rooms for "Tulipe" and "Jonquille"  or 4 rooms for"Magnolia", bathroom and separated WC.

General conditions

Your booking

You can book by mail or online on our website, by post or by phone.

After your booking, you will receive an option mail.

To confirm your booking you will be required to send us back this option mail with an account including 25% of the total amount and 15€ of booking fees by credit card or bank transfer. Then you will receive a confirmation mail and you will pay the rest 30 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation from your part, your deposit will not be paid off.

In case of cancellation from our part, in case of unavoidable closure, we will get you a different journey that you will be free to refuse. In that case, we will give your money back.

After a delay of 24 hours from your date of arrival, if you don’t inform the reception that you are late or if you didn’t cancel your stay, we have the right to rent your chalet or gîte to another customer. The payment of the deposit confirms the agreement of those conditions.

Droit applicable, litiges:
Les parties conviennent que ce contrat est soumis au droit français. En cas de litige, le tribunal de commerce de Chaumont est le seul compétent.

Your stay and the renting conditions

During High season, arrivals are on Saturday between 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM and departures are on Saturday before 10:00 AM.

During off season and low season, arrivals are between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM and departures are before 10:00 AM.

On arrival the customer must come to the reception with the booking confirmation and leave a refundable deposit of 150€.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash.

The mobil homes, chalets and gîtes have all cooking equipments and kitchen wave.

Bed linens can be hired.

The inventory must be controlled by the customers on arrival, and any anomalies notified at reception on the day. The cleaning must be done by the customers at the end of the stay. If the cleaning isn’t done when the customer leaves, he will be in charge 100€ of compensation.

The renting price includes water and electricity up to 10KW/day. Any overtaking will be charged 0,15€/KW.

A baby package can be supplied on booking and within the limits of available stocks.

Pets are allowed if they are clean, quiet and kept on lead. The vaccination carnet must be presented at reception.

Mobil home, chalets and gîtes customers have access to all the activities and facilities of the site from the 1St of May to the 30Th of September. Swimming-pool (from the 1st of May to the 30th of September) and Kids Club (July/August) have free access.

The Mobilhomes, placed on spacious pitches, are up to 32 m2 and are equiped for a maximum of 7 persons.

The Mobilhomes inclued 2/3 bedrooms, bathroom, WC, fully equiped kitchen, livingroom and an outdoor terrace with furniture.
